Introduction to Nepal's tourism

The business that provides diferent kinds of facilities like hotel,lodge,management,entertainment,travel agencies,trekking agencies,rafting& others to the people who came to visit the cultural,natural & historical feature of place is called tourism.Nepal is a very beautiful country.Nepal is also called tourists paradise.The history of tourism industry in Nepal began only after the political change of 1950.Nepalreceived membership of international travel association(ITA) in 1951.The tourism development& tourism development committee were established in1956 & 1957 respectively.Later on,tourism development board was converted into tourism department in 1958.The ministry oftourism was established in 1977. but there is seperate ministry of tourism,culture & civil aviationfor the development of tourism in Nepal.Nepal is a land of eternal beauty and attraction. It's a land of colorful cultures, ancient history and people, picturesque scenery and some of the best walking on earth. It is popularly known for the highest mountain peak of the world, Mount Everest which stands tall at 8848 metres. Nepal tourism informs about places to visit in Nepal, famous for the birthplace of Gautam Buddha who laid the foundation of Buddhism in the country.
